Triggers¶
A trigger is the event that starts a drip campaign or fires an automation. Both tools draw on the same list.
Available Triggers¶

Putting Them to Work¶
A few combinations that earn their keep from day one:
- New LINE follower → a welcome automation with a first-visit offer, and a 3-step welcome drip behind it.
- Stamp card completed → "your free session is waiting, book it now". See Managing Stamp Cards.
- Booking completed → "thanks for visiting, book your next appointment".
- Birthday → a birthday discount, sent automatically on the day.
- Label added → the bridge between tools: tag a customer anywhere in FoxConnect and a campaign picks them up. Combined with tap-to-tag reply buttons, this gives you a complete opt-in funnel with no staff involvement. See Message Composer.
Note
The birthday trigger is checked once daily, early in the morning, so birthday messages arrive at the start of the customer's day.
