Sending Broadcasts¶
The straightforward one: compose a message, choose your audiences, send. This is your newsletter — promotions, holidays, announcements.
Navigation Path:
Marketing (Beta) → Broadcast
1. Compose and Choose Your Audience¶
- Build the message in the composer — see Message Composer.
- Pick one or more audiences. Recipients are automatically de-duplicated, so nobody gets the same message twice even if they match several audiences.
2. Send Now or Schedule¶
- Send now, or schedule for a future date and time.
- Broadcasts move through Draft → Scheduled → Sent, and can be paused and resumed before they go out.
Large broadcasts send progressively over a few minutes rather than all at once, and the system guarantees a broadcast can never be sent twice.
3. Watch the Results¶
- Live counters — sent, skipped and failed totals update on your dashboard while the send is running.
- Per-recipient results — for every customer: delivered, skipped or failed, with the reason (blocked, no LINE ID, delivery error) and a timestamp.
4. Chain What Happens Next¶
Two options that turn a one-off send into the start of a journey:
- Tag on delivery — automatically apply labels to everyone who received the message, so you can retarget them later.
- Chain to the next step — when the broadcast finishes, automatically enrol recipients into a drip campaign or an automation.
Summary Checklist
- Message composed and previewed.
- Audiences selected.
- Send time chosen (now or scheduled).
- Delivery tags set, if retargeting later.
- Follow-up campaign or automation chained, if needed.
