Building Audiences

Audiences are saved, reusable definitions of who. Build one once and use it in any broadcast, campaign or automation.

Navigation Path:
Marketing (Beta)Audiences

1. Filter Your Customers

Build an audience from any combination of:

  • Labels / tags — your own CRM tags, matched as any of or all of
  • Location — province, district or sub-district from the customer's address
  • Birthday month
  • Gender
  • Channel — which LINE account they came from
  • Everyone — the whole customer base

2. Build Real Logic, Not Just a Flat List

  • Group conditions together. Conditions inside a group must all match, and a customer qualifies if any group matches. That means "(Gold label AND Bangkok) OR (VIP label)" is a single audience.
  • Exclusions — "does not have this label", "not in these provinces".

3. Check Before You Send

  • Live preview — see the exact number of matching customers, and the list of who they are, before you send anything.
  • Quick preview without saving — try a filter combination and see the count immediately.

4. Keep Your Favourites Handy

Pin the audiences you use most and they sit as tabs at the top of your workspace. Pins are personal to each team member, so everyone can keep their own shortlist.

Note

Blocked customers are automatically excluded from every audience, everywhere — you never have to filter them out yourself.
