Setting Up Stamp Cards

The classic "buy 9, get the 10th free" card — digital, automatic, and impossible to lose. Stamp cards are enabled per service, so you can run them only where they make sense.

Note

The Stamp Card tab appears when editing an existing service — create the service first, then open it to configure its stamp card. Courses have the same option: open a course under Booking TypesCourses & Classes and use its Stamp Cards tab.

1. How It Works

  1. You enable the stamp card on a service and set how many stamps are needed.
  2. A customer books and completes that service — a card is created automatically on their first visit.
  3. One stamp per completed booking, added automatically, with a LINE notification showing their progress.
  4. When the card fills up, the customer gets a "Reward Unlocked" message.
  5. On redemption, a free session is issued to their account — ready to book like any other package.
  6. A fresh card starts on their next visit.

Nothing to hand out, nothing to stamp, nothing for the customer to remember.

2. Configure the Card

Inside the Stamp Card Settings section of the tab:

  • Enable Stamp Card for this service: The on/off toggle.
  • Stamps Required: How many visits earn the reward — choose from 5 to 20 stamps (10 is the classic).
  • Card Expiration (optional): The whole card expires a set time after it starts — from 30 days up to 2 years.
  • Individual Stamp Expiration (optional): Each stamp expires individually a set time after it's earned — from 7 days up to 1 year. Expired stamps don't count toward the reward, which keeps visits frequent.
  • Reward Service: What the completed card earns. Leave the default for a free session of this service, or choose a different service — the reward is issued as a real 1-session package the customer can book.

A preview at the bottom of the tab summarizes the result, e.g. "Complete 10 stamps → Get 1 FREE session".

3. Works Alongside the Points Program

Stamp cards and the loyalty program are independent — a single completed booking can earn both a stamp and loyalty points. A typical setup runs points and tiers as the core program, with stamp cards on two or three signature services to drive visit frequency.
