Marketing & Automation

FoxConnect Marketing turns your LINE audience into a channel you can actually work: send the right message, to the right group, at the right moment — automatically.

It is built around three tools that share one audience engine:

Broadcasts Drip Campaigns Automations
What it is One message, sent to a group, now or at a scheduled time A sequence of messages delivered over days A single message triggered by something a customer does
Think of it as The newsletter The onboarding or nurture flow The reflex
Timing You pick the moment Step by step, day by day When the event happens, instantly or after a delay
Typical use "Songkran promotion, this weekend only" "Welcome series: day 0, day 3, day 7" "Someone just followed us — send the welcome offer"
Audience One or more saved audiences Everyone who enters the trigger The individual customer who triggered it

How Delivery Works

The part nobody sees, and everybody depends on:

  • Checks every minute for campaign steps, automations and broadcasts that are due.
  • Automatic retries — up to 3 attempts, after 1 minute and then 5 minutes, so a temporary LINE hiccup doesn't silently drop someone out of your funnel.
  • Clear skip reasons — blocked customer, no LINE user ID, channel disconnected — recorded rather than silently swallowed.
  • Never double-sends, even when several servers are running at once.
  • Every sent message is copied into the chat inbox, so agents see exactly what marketing sent before they reply.
  • Blocked customers are never messaged, in any tool.
  • Large broadcasts send progressively over a few minutes rather than all at once.

Setting It Up — a Typical First Month

  1. Create 3–4 audiences you'll actually reuse, e.g. "All customers", "Bangkok", "Gold tier", "Lapsed 60 days".
  2. Turn on a welcome automation on the new LINE follower trigger — a friendly hello with a first-visit offer.
  3. Build a 3-step welcome drip for new followers: day 0 introduction, day 3 what you offer, day 7 an incentive to book.
  4. Add reflex automations on stamp card completed ("your free session is waiting") and booking completed ("thanks — book your next visit").
  5. Use broadcasts for the things that genuinely need a moment: promotions, holidays, new services.

Good to Know

  • Everything sends over LINE, through your own Official Account.
  • Every message lands in the customer's chat thread, so your team always sees the full conversation.
  • Blocked customers are excluded from every audience, everywhere.
