Building Drip Campaigns

A drip campaign is a sequence of up to 10 messages, delivered over days, to everyone who enters it. This is your onboarding or nurture flow.

Navigation Path:
Marketing (Beta)Drip Campaigns

1. Choose the Trigger

The trigger is what puts a customer into the sequence — a new LINE follower, a completed booking, a birthday, and more. See Triggers for the full list.

2. Narrow It With an Audience (Optional)

Restrict entry to a saved audience, so that only customers with the "VIP" label enter, for example.

3. Add Your Steps

Each step is a message plus a delay:

  • Step 1 can send immediately, or after a delay.
  • Every later step waits 1 to 15 days after the previous one.
  • A campaign can hold up to 10 steps.

Delays are set in whole days, so a drip is a day-by-day sequence rather than an hour-by-hour one.

4. Set the Re-entry Rules

Decide whether someone can go through the sequence again:

Rule What it means
Allow re-entry Every time they trigger it
Once ever One time per customer, permanently
30-day cooldown They can re-enter, but not within a month

5. Label and Chain

  • Label at start — tag customers the moment they enter, which is ideal for a "currently in onboarding" view.
  • Label at completion — tag everyone who finishes the whole sequence.
  • Completion action — when they finish, automatically move them into another campaign or automation, so you can build long, branching journeys out of simple blocks.

6. Activate and Monitor

  • Activate the campaign and matching customers flow in automatically from that point on.
  • Pause and resume the whole campaign at any time.
  • Per-customer progress — every enrolment tracks which step the customer is on and when the next message is due.

If a message can't be delivered, the system retries automatically before giving up on that enrolment.
