Booking Without LINE¶
Web booking gives your business one public link that opens your booking page in any web browser. Customers do not need a LINE account — they fill in their contact details and get their confirmation and reminders by email. It is the same booking flow your LINE customers use, so your services, staff, opening hours and buffer times all behave exactly as they already do.
Navigation Path:
Bookings → Booking Settings → Info
1. Choose Your Booking Link Name¶
Your link name becomes your public web address, so pick something customers will recognise as your business.
- Go to Bookings → Booking Settings and stay on the Info tab.
- Find the Web booking (no LINE) card and type your choice into Booking link name.
- Click Save in the top-right corner of the page.
Your name must follow these rules:
- Lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens only — for example
siam-spa. - Between 3 and 40 characters.
- Not already taken by another business, and not a reserved word such as
adminorbooking.
If a name is not allowed, the field tells you why as you type.
Your business has one booking link name, and it is the whole public address. Choose carefully — changing it later breaks every link you have already shared, printed or added to your website.
2. Turn Web Booking On¶
The On/Off switch appears in the top-right of the card once you have saved a valid link name. Web booking is off until you turn it on, and the link does not work before then.
- Switch web booking to On.
- Click Save again.
3. Share Your Link¶
Once web booking is on, the card shows your full link, for example https://booking.foxconnect.app/siam-spa.
- Copy link puts it on your clipboard, ready to paste into your website, Google Business profile, Instagram bio or printed material.
- Preview opens it in a new tab so you can check what your customers see.
The link opens your service list, from where the customer picks what they want to book.
Links to a single service
If you would rather send customers straight into one service, open that service and use its booking link dialog, or use Create Appointment Link. Where web booking is on, these dialogs show a web link alongside the LINE link, and you can point it at a particular branch or staff member in the same way.
4. What Your Customer Sees¶
The web flow follows the same steps as booking through LINE:
Service list → Choose date and time → Contact details → Confirm
- Contact details are asked on every booking. There is no LINE account to recognise the customer, so the form is filled in each time.
- Email is always required, even if it is optional for your LINE customers — it is the only way the confirmation and reminders can reach them. The other fields follow your Customer Fields settings.
- The confirmation arrives by email, with a calendar attachment the customer can add to their own calendar.
- Reminder emails go out before the appointment, following the reminder timings you already set for bookings.
- Replies go to you. Your business email in Booking Settings is used as the reply address. If you have not set one, customers cannot reply to the confirmation, so it is worth filling in.
- Your own notifications are unchanged. New web bookings appear in your calendar and booking list, and your LINE group notification arrives as usual.
5. How Web Booking Differs From LINE Booking¶
Worth knowing before you share the link widely:
- Customers cannot cancel or reschedule themselves. The confirmation email asks them to contact you, so make sure your phone number and email are correct in your business information.
- Emails are in English for now.
- Only services are bookable this way. Tickets and events, packages, loyalty points, stamp cards and coupons need a LINE account and are not offered in the web flow.
- Each web booking creates a new customer record. A returning customer who books by web again is not automatically matched to their earlier record, so you may see duplicates to merge in your CRM.
- A booking session lasts one hour. If a customer leaves the page part-way through and comes back much later, they start again from the beginning.
