Loyalty & Stamp Cards¶
FoxConnect includes two complementary retention programs that run side by side on the same customer record — a points-based Loyalty Program and per-service Stamp Cards. Both run entirely inside LINE, where your customers already are: no separate app to download and no plastic card to lose.
| Loyalty Program | Stamp Cards | |
|---|---|---|
| The idea | Earn points on everything you spend, climb tiers, swap points for rewards | Buy 9, get the 10th free — per service |
| Best for | Repeat spend across many services, higher-value customers, VIP treatment | Simple, visual, habit-forming repeat visits on one service |
| Currency | Points (you name them, e.g. "Fox Points") | Stamps |
| Set up at | Shop level — one program for the whole business | Service level — turn it on per service |
| Customer sees it in | LINE: balance, tier, rewards store | LINE: a card with star-by-star progress |
| Reward | Anything in your catalogue: discount codes, free sessions, courses, bundles, in-store items | A free session of the service (or another service you choose) |
How the two programs work together¶
The programs are designed to run at the same time:
- A single completed booking can award both loyalty points and a stamp.
- Points reward total spend across the business; stamps reward repeat visits to one specific service.
- Tier benefits (point multipliers and discounts) apply across everything; stamp rewards are specific and tangible.
- Both live in the same LINE experience, on the same customer record, in the same admin console — your team sees the whole relationship in one place.
A typical setup: points and tiers as the core program, with stamp cards enabled on two or three signature services to drive visit frequency.

Good to know¶
- Everything runs inside LINE. No app download, no card to carry, no separate login.
- Multi-branch aware. Points and stamps record the branch where they were earned.
- Thai and English throughout the customer and admin experience.
- Thailand time. Daily limits reset at local midnight, not a server's midnight.
- Both programs are optional and independent. Run points only, stamps only, or both.
