Creating Automations

One trigger, one action — the fast reflex layer. When a customer does something, an automation responds immediately.

Navigation Path:
Marketing (Beta)Automations

1. What an Automation Can Do

  • Send a LINE message — immediately, or after a delay of up to 15 days.
  • Add a label to the customer.
  • Remove a label from the customer.

2. Choose the Trigger

Pick what fires the automation — a new follower, a completed booking, a stamp card filling up, and more. See Triggers for the full list.

3. The Same Controls as Campaigns

  • Restrict to an audience — only customers in a saved audience qualify.
  • Re-entry rules — allow re-entry, once ever, or a 30-day cooldown.
  • Label on completion.
  • Chain into a campaign or another automation when it finishes.
  • Switch on or off with a single toggle.

4. Know What Happened

Every automation run is logged per customer — triggered, sent, failed or skipped, with the reason — so you can always answer "did this customer get the message, and if not, why not?"
